Brain Injury:  Car Accident

Explanation of Mask: I am 56 years old and from Johnstown, PA. I like to watch TV a lot, my favorite kind being crime and police shows and listening to country music because it makes me feel calm. I am very interested in soon finding a job where I can work for myself and be independent. I got my brain injury when  I was in a car accident at the age of nine. As you can see on my mask, my forehead looks like a rainbow and is very colorful. This is because I sometimes have seizures and when they happen, I tend to see lots of different colors surrounding me. ​
