Explanation of Mask: ​Hello! My name is Jean and I am 46 years old. More often than not, you will see me with my violin. I love to perform at weddings, rotary clubs, and even the annual Brain Injury Association of Maryland Conference! I also make handmade jewelry (bracelets, necklaces, and earrings) and sing opera. Soon, I am hoping to get funding so I can expand my business. I sustained my brain injury after having a stroke causing me to sometimes experience aphasia. I decorated my mask to represent myself and my French heritage.
