Explanation of Mask: Parkinson rocked my world 2017 – diagnosed. Went from being a confident, helpful, courageous, decisive, enthusiastic, optimistic, determined, valuable, glorious, glowing, engaged woman on committees, in leadership positions as member of my community to being overwhelmed, fearful, indecisive, horrified, pessimistic, cheated, helpless, ashamed, guilty, isolated, sad, suicidal, anxious, panic attacks, hopeless, surviving, grieving, exhausted, drug addicted (again) after 20 yr clean.  Part of my brain died but I am overcoming through physical therapy, exercise, counseling and faith.  My mantra “I have amazing Resiliency”.
