Brain Injury:  Fall

Explanation of Mask: l fell and hit my head. They had to remove part of my skull so I have to wear a helmet now. I’ve experienced pain. I feel sad but also strong. I’m excited to have my skull back. I’ve accepted that I have to wear the helmet. But its frustrating to not have choices in the hospital. I’m over it and I miss my family. I’m happy about how things are going now. My right arm was weak but now I was able to paint this mask with it. ​
