Brain Injury: I had my first TBI in second grade from crossing the street and being hit by a car. I was misdiagnosed as being mentally ill. Because of this, I was on psych meds for 30 years and that altered the way my brain functions.

Explanation of Mask: The blue half of the mask reflects living in darkness with an inner knowledge of a power greater than myself, our creator of the universe whom I lovingly call God. The white side of the mask is after my near death experience, reflecting within God’s Love & Light.
